PROVINCES, (SANA)- Units of the Armed Forces on Saturday continued pursuing and targeting terrorist groups in Damascus Countryside.
An official source told SANA reporter that a number of terrorists were killed in al-Mleiheh town, among them terrorists Mohammad al-Harbawi, Ahmad al-Durreh, Yasin Abdul-Hadi, Mohammad Sukkar, Maher Obeid, Atef al-Zeibaq, Hassoun Awwad and Abu Anas al-Homsi were identified.
The source added that an army unit chased down a terrorist group in Erbin town and killed a number of its members and injured others, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Meanwhile, dens for terrorist groups were destroyed and a number of terrorists were killed in al-Moadammiyeh town.
Terrorists Fahd al-Assi, Majed Hammoudeh, Abdul-Razzaq Barbar, Omar Hammoud and Naeem al-Safadi were identified among the killed.
Armed Forces Eliminate Terrorists in Idleb
A unit of the Armed Forces eliminated an armed terrorist group in Maaret al-Nouman countryside in Idleb province.
An official source told SANA reporter that terrorists tried to infiltrate into Wadi al-Daif area before a unit of the Armed Forces confronted them and inflicted heavy losses upon them.
The source added that the majority of the armed terrorist group members were eliminated and their vehicles and weapons were destroyed.
